Getting started in Endurance sports like triathlon, cycling, and running begins by putting us on a path of information research and then leads to information overload. Below is a list of some of our favorite online training resources, some old standards. So where do you begin?
- Start with a realistic goal and make a commitment to it. By realistic, keep in mind all the time, labor, and actual costs involved to reach a goal.
Leave the major spending to the pros and corporate sponsors, where timing can definitely mean the difference between a win, a loss, and your career (but hey, if you got it ...go for it drop a few grand on those zippy wheels!).
